Return & Refund Policy

At Loopy Paws, we strive to provide high-quality pet treats and products. Due to the nature of our items, we have the following return and refund policy in place:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pet treats or consumable products.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will gladly assist you.

2. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Orders canceled due to test transactions, mistakes, or change of mind will be subject to a 3% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation, but you may refer to our return policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
